Kids Weekly Classes

Kids' Sewing Classes (ages 7 to 13) *Places are currently filled*

Come and hang out when school's done for the day!

After-school classes will run on a weekly basis from weeks 1 to 8 of the ACT school term and there's always something new to make. During the term, we'll make a bunch of great things to take home - cushions, toys, and wall hangings for your bedroom, and bags and accessories for you to wear or give as gifts to name a few.

This class is suitable for both beginners and those who have sewn before, as projects are tailored to suit each student's level. All materials and tools are supplied, so there's nothing more to spend. As well as sewing, you can learn some other new skills to help you create, including weaving and fabric painting.

Class times for Term 1 2026:

Tuesdays 4pm to 5.30pm

3 Feb to 24 Mar (weeks 1 to 8)

Teacher Makeup Session (if needed) is 31 Mar (week 9) Thanks everyone - that final place has now been filled

Thursdays 4pm to 5:30pm

5 Feb to 26 Mar (weeks 1 to 8)

Teacher Makeup Session (if needed) is 2 Apr Sorry, Thursdays are now FULL

Classes run weeks 1-8 of the ACT public school term. If a class needs to be cancelled due to teacher illness, a makeup class will be provided in Week 9 at the usual class time (see dates above). Please leave that session time available in your calendar, just in case we need to use it. Enrol online below:
