Here at The Magic Needle studio, you can learn the skills you need to express yourself through a variety of modern and imaginative projects. From hand stitching to machine use, pattern reading to fabric design, workshops cover a range of activities and skills to keep things interesting.
There are so many reasons to express ourselves creatively - developing our confidence and inventiveness and problem solving skills, and finding out where our talents and strengths lie. The aim of the workshops is to encourage originality and creativity in a safe space where new ideas are welcomed. Classes are designed to inspire kids aged 7 to 13 and there is no need for any previous experience. Class numbers are kept small so that students get plenty of attention and lots of opportunity to ask for help.
